1. Scope of Services
- We provide mechanical separation recycling services for lithium-ion batteries, including recovery of lithium, cobalt, nickel, copper, aluminum, and black mass.
- Services are subject to compliance with Indian environmental laws and applicable international standards (RoHS, ISO, etc.).
2. Responsibilities of Clients
- Clients must declare the type, condition, and source of batteries supplied for recycling.
- Only authorized persons should deliver batteries to our facility.
- Hazardous or illegally obtained materials will not be accepted.
3. Intellectual Property
- Our recycling processes, technologies, plant design, and research data are the property of Crimet Content.
- Clients may use compliance certificates and recovery reports provided by us, but may not claim ownership of our proprietary processes.
4. Liability Disclaimer
- We ensure environmentally safe processing, but we are not liable for misuse of recovered materials by third p0e3e72arties.
- Crimet Content is not responsible for damage caused by improperly packed or declared batteries during transport.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including environmental and hazardous waste regulations.
